All electronic votes on the outstanding EGM agenda item have been counted and verified and the results are as follows:

As an additional note, the “N/A” votes cast that were not counted, had an even split across the proposals.
Therefore, the following item will be adopted into the Netball South Constitution:
Constitution Section 5.4 which states: The RMB may not include more than 2 elected members from a single County Netball Association Board.
Counter Proposal - We would like to add “The RMB may not include more than two members (full) from any South membership club. In addition, no more than one person from any county will sit in the exec team on the RMB (this comprises of the chair, vice chair and treasurer)"
