An exciting new tournament has been added to the netball calendar this summer as England Netball host the inaugural 16-19 Netball Open.
This is a competition, specifically for 16-19 year olds which will take place over two days (accommodation is not provided within the entry fee) and is open to any affiliated member of England Netball.

Dear All (players, coaches, umpires, spectators, parents)

It has come to the attention of Netball South that inappropriate comments have been made on social media.

Can we remind all concerned that this is not acceptable, as clearly outlined in the England Netball Codes of Conduct.  These Codes of Conduct are on Netball South website   It is your responsibility to be aware of these codes.

Any inappropriate use of social media will not be tolerated and could lead to disciplinary action.

Please pass this message on to all associated with your club.

  • May 2015 Netball Europe Written Assessment Application Form
    The application Form for the Netball Europe Written Assessment in May 2015 is now available to download.
    The Written assessment will take place over the following weekend:
    9th / 10th May 2015. Forms to be returned to England Netball no later than 14th April 2015

  • New B Award Umpire
    Many congratulations to Anita Doughty of North Bucks who has passed the B Umpire Award.

    Following a required second satisfactory observation of a B award assessment, Julie Arnold is now to be added to the list of B Award Assessors.

  • National Schools Finals
    Congratulations to Wellington College U14 who came 3rd in U14 National Schools;
    Congratulations to Beaconsfield High School who came 3rd in U16 section and also won the Defence trophy with the team that had the least number of gaols scored against them in the round section of the competition.

    Congratulations to the 7 South umpires who were allocated play off positions at the tournament:

    U19 Final Julie Wilks; semi-final: Chris Obin and Alice Johnson

  • Beaconsfield High U13's!
    Good luck to 6 U13 netballers who play for Phoenix netball club and are part of the South Bucks U14 Academy on being part of the Beaconsfield High School U13 team who will play in the School Sport Magazine National Schools Final on Wednesday in Bristol. The Beaconsfield High School U13 team have won all of the rounds of this countrywide competition so far and are looking forward to representing the South region in the final.

  • Good Luck
    Good Luck to the U13 players from MK Netters and North Bucks academy who are part of the Berkhamsted school u14 squad playing in the National private school finals on Friday 20 March at Redbridge Arena in Essex against Stockport. Well done on making the Finals!
