Your Chance to Donate Unwanted Netball Kit

Once again England Netball has made space for the generous netballing public to bring any unwanted kit to this year’s World Netball Series being held between 25th – 27th November at the Echo Arena, Liverpool to be used by fellow netballers in Uganda and India.

The Netball Development Trust will sort and deliver the kit. The trust aims to introduce netball at grass root levels to primary school children who live in some of the poorest areas of Uganda and India, in regions where they lack the very basic equipment and resources to play netball. They aim to empower as many young children as they can by reaching out to those boys and girls who live in some of the world’s poorest regions and making a difference for them through Netball.

What kit is needed?

• Full sets of bibs
• Full sets of kit with at least 7 matching skirts / tops /dresses

Please bring your unwanted kit to the Kit Amnesty collection point situated on the concourse.

If you cannot attend the World Netball Series but would still like to donate your kit please contact Monica Thandi, Netball Development Trust, 17 South Road, Edmonton Green, London N9 7JG Tel: 07737 512 145. Email: monica_thandi@hotmail.com.

If you do not have any kit to donate but would like to make a contribution to the NDT please visit www.justgiving.com/netballdevelopmenttrust.
