Player Development Programme

The PDP (Player Development Programme) is unique to the South Region and helps to make the bridge between the County and Regional programmes. Athletes are scouted from the County Academies at the Regional Festival. They then attend three sessions, as detailed below, and receive coaching from high performance coaches. Identified players are then invited to attend the Regional Academy Trials.
