Player Development Programme

The PDP (Player Development Programme) is unique to the South Region and helps to make the bridge between the County and Regional programmes. Athletes are scouted from the County Academies at the Regional Festival. They then attend three sessions (in May, June and July) and receive coaching from high performance coaches. Identified players are then invited to attend the Talent and Performance Centre Trials.

The following players were selected from the PDP Programme to attend trials for the Talent & Performance Centres on Saturday September 5th 2009.
