UK Coaching Certificate
There are 5 levels to the UKCC Coaching:
- Level 1 - assist more qualified coaches, deliver aspects of coaching sessions normally under direct supervision
- Level 2 - prepare for, deliver and review coaching sessions. Level 2 is the first qualification where netball would encourage coaches to be coaching independently or as part of a coaching team.
- Level 3 - Plan, implement and analyse annual/seasonal coaching programmes.
- Level 4 - Design, implement and evaluate the process and outcome of long term/specialist coaching programmes.
- Level 5 - Generate, direct and manage the implementation of cutting-edge solutions and programmes.
At present netball deliver Levels 1, 2 and 3.
For England Netball to be able to deliver its UKCC courses we need an enthusiastic band of Tutors. If you are interested in learning more about becoming a tutor to deliver the UKCC Courses, visit the England Netball website at
