As the regional competitions are in their infancy, matters may arise that we had not orignially foreseen. Once matters have been raised, we may have an obligation to alter the rules and regulations. If the matter is deemed to be urgent then Netball South reserved the right to change the rules and notify clubs via email with immediate effect. All rule changes come into effect as and when they are notified via email to clubs and posted on the Netball South website.
It is our intention to continue to review the rules and regulations. Proposals for consideration must be sent in writing to all members of the Competition Technical Sub Group with a copy to the Regional Chair and the Regional Manager. Such communication must be received four weeks prior to the half-way playing point of the league to which it refers, or within four weeks after the last week of play for the season. The communication should give reason/s for a proposed change of rule, as well as the proposed new wording.
